Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Express Post is the fastest available shipping option; however, it does not guarantee delivery within a specific number of business days for all locations. Delivery speeds may vary depending on the destination postcode, transport routes, and current network conditions.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Transport or freight scheduling

  • Weather disruptions

  • Peak period congestion

  • Regional or remote delivery routes

  • Other carrier-related delays

Shipping Delays & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless Australia Post formally approves a postage refund under their official Express Post guarantee for the applicable postcode network.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by Australia Post, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
