Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

60-Day Returns

  • 60-Day Window – You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Unopened & Sealed – Products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition.
  • Authorization Required – You must contact us before returning any item.
  • Full Product Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full product price.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First – Email allureforbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Approval – We will provide return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must arrange and pay for return postage.
  4. Refund Processing – Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you wish to exchange an item for a replacement:

  • You are responsible for organizing and paying for return postage to send the original item back to us.
  • A replacement shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
  • Contact us at allureforbeauty@gmail.com to arrange an exchange and receive details about the replacement fee.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
